Fill PP Curler

The most important advantages of cooling tower PP curlers are that they form large surfaces while forming a film layer on the surfaces where heat transfer takes place and their resistance to clogging is very high and can be cleaned.

PP (Polypropylene) curler type filling is preferred in medium polluted waters, in systems where the environment is dirty and dusty, suspended solids are high, and water is prone to calcification. This filler made of polypropylene material is resistant up to 90 °C. It is a practical filling type for use and cleaning.

In spite of being a filling material on its own, it is laid on PVC film type filling material; it both contributes to homogenous water distribution and protects the film type filling against the initial pressure of the water falling from the nozzle.
